New Patients
Our staff will reserve an appointment that is just right for you. You will be asked to provide information about your previous dental history (last visit/most current xrays), current insurance and brief contact information. We are following distinct COVID-19 guidelines for our safety and yours. Therefore, you will also be asked specific screening questions, before your visit to our office, and the day of your appointment at the office. Upon arrival, please be prepared to call before entering, wear a mask, have your temperature taken, sanitize your hands, and complete a health and insurance information form(if not printed and completed prior), and several other forms that will acquaint you with our office culture.
Your Initial exam will last approximately one and a half hours. During this exam, we will evaluate the current condition of your oral cavity (ie. teeth, gums, bone, head and neck regions). In some instances, we will also clean your teeth. In addition, we will provide Oral hygiene instructions and any proposed treatment recommendations.
If additional treatment is recommended and accepted, a financial consultation is completed at the close of the appointment.
